1. Terms & Conditions (Our Service Agreement)

  • Bookings & Pricing: Our standard gardening and exterior cleaning services are charged at the rate stated at the time of booking (e.g., from £35 per hour).

  • Additional Charges: The base hourly rate covers our labor and tools. Additional fees apply for green waste removal and vehicle parking (where free parking is not available). These costs will always be discussed and agreed upon before work begins or before waste is loaded.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. If severe weather makes it impossible to safely deliver a quality finish , we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to the next available dry day at no extra cost.

  • Access & Utilities: The customer must provide safe, unlocked access to the outdoor space and access to a working outdoor water tap for all jet washing services.

 

 

2. Privacy Policy (How We Protect Your Data)

We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with UK GDPR regulations.

  • What Data We Collect: When you book online or fill out a quote form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and property address.
